Phil Seymour may be regarded by some as a one-hit wonder, but to fans of power pop, his infectious, radio-friendly music practically defines the genre. After leaving the Dwight Twilley Band, the Oklahoma native released his eponymous debut album in 1981, The album yielded the hit single 'Precious To Me,' which reached No. 22 on the Billboard Hot 100. Touring to support the album, Seymour brought his band to the Bay Area's Keystone Palo Alto on April 2, 1982.
